PlanLogix is focused on building long-term strategic partnership with its customers. With this goal in mind, we provide the flexibility that best serves your unique business requirements thus ensuring a successful outsourcing partnership with us. You have the option to select one of the traditional partnership models: Fixed Price or Time & Materials as well as combine one or more available models to suit the various phases of your project at a team based at your location, PlanLogix Offshore Development Center (ODC) or a combination of both.

Fixed Price Contract

• Suitable for projects with well defined requirements and schedules.
• PlanLogix estimates project scope and provides a delivery schedule and fixed price.
• We guarantee quality delivery within a pre-scheduled timeframe.

Time and Materials Contract

• Suitable for projects where scope or plans cannot be precisely defined at the outset.
• Ideal for engagements where requirements may change dynamically during the engagement lifecycle.
• Provides you the flexibility of modulating the size and workloads of the development team, optimizing time and cost.
• Offers you a high degree of flexibility to alter specifications and accommodate unplanned activities rapidly.

Note that PlanLogix provides you with the flexibility to switch to the Fixed Price model once the project scope becomes clearly defined and the requirements are firmed up.
